RETURN POLICY – ULANIX® WATCHES
If you are not satisfied with your watch purchase, you may return it to ULANIX® within 30 days of ship date for a full refund of your purchase price, minus shipping*, handling, or other charges. Please note that the watch must be undamaged and in "original" condition (defined below) to be acceptable for refund or exchange. Refunds will be in the original form of payment, except for wire transfers, which will be refunded via company check.
The returned merchandise must be accompanied by proof of purchase and the original copy of the warranty as well as all original documentation and packaging; otherwise, the return will not be honored.
If return exceeds two (2) of the same item or from the same customer within a 30 calendar day period the return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
You must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA) number from ULANIX® before returning merchandise. We will not accept any returned merchandise without an RA number. Contact a Customer Service to obtain an RA number.
All watches are visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. "Original condition" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on watches and no signs of wear; the security tags are still attached and the watch must not have been sized or altered in any way.
Return Instructions:
- Repack the merchandise in its original packaging materials, including all paperwork.
- Ship your return prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a carrier that offers package tracking such as UPS or FedEx or USPS Priority Mail to the address provided with RA number.
- The RA number must be written on the original invoice and on shipping label.
ULANIX® is not responsible for merchandise that it does not actually receive or is not returned in accordance with these terms.
* If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, contact a Customer Service Specialist no later than 5 business days after receipt. On a case-by-case basis, we will cover shipping charges up to a maximum of $12.00 upon our receipt of the defective or mis-delivered merchandise. If there is extensive damage to the box, refuse delivery and contact a Customer Service immediately.
RETURN POLICY – COINS, BARS, BULLION
We guarantee your satisfaction at Ulanix® and provide all our customers with a refund, return and/or exchange policy on everything we currently sell. This right is limited to three (3) days from the date on which the customer receives their items. Returned items must be in their original packaging. On returning bullion related items, the customer may (at Ulanix's discretion) be required to pay for any market loss on their returns. Any market gain on refunds shall remain the property of Ulanix. We want our customers to be pleased with their purchases. If for any reason you have a problem with purchased item, please feel free to contact us to discuss the problem. We will always do our best to accommodate you. We do charge a 5% restocking fee on all credit card orders returned. If an exchange is requested, we reserve the right to find an acceptable replacement or refund your money.
All returns must be done with Return Authorization Number, please
contact our Customer Service to obtain NA number. At that time, if any market loss to Ulanix® has occurred, it will be calculated and you may (at Ulanix's discretion) be required to pay for any market loss on your returns. If applicable, you may elect to pay the market loss by credit card or, we will invoice you and you will have thirty days to pay the market loss in full. No future orders may be permitted until that amount is paid in full. Any market gain on returns shall remain the property of Ulanix®.
