What are your shipping charges?
Shipping charges calculated during checkout process and depends on chosen shipment method, your location, weight of the package and value of purchased goods. All shipments are fully insured. The minimal shipment charge for package with weight of 1 pound or less and insured value of $100 or less is $6.95.
Which types of payments do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards, wire transfer, PayPal, as well as personal or business checks. We do not accept payment by cash, bank checks, cashiers checks, certified check, money order or similar bearer payment instruments. Payment by check should be received within 5 business days and wire transfer within 3 business days from the date of order, otherwise your order will be cancelled.
What is your Holding Period on personal or business checks?
We hold all checks typically for 10 business days until they will be fully cleared by our bank.
Is my credit card transaction safe?
We encrypt all credit card information to ensure every transaction is secure.
How will I know if you received my order?
An e-mail confirmation will automatically be generated and sent to you, confirming that we have received your order.

When and how will my order ship?
Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from date of receiving good funds payment. Wire transfer, payment by credit card or PayPal and cleared checks are considered good funds. You will be notified of any delay.
What is your policy regarding price changes, product availability and order quantities?
Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased.
Do you charge sales tax?
We are required by law to collect sales tax for Florida’s residents. Purchases of bullion for $500 or more are sales tax free.
How do I cancel my order?
If your order was not shipped yet, you can cancel it at any time. Please e-mail us your cancellation request. If order was shipped, you can return it after receiving. See our return policy for details.

Is investment in coin and bullion safe?
All investments involve risk - coins and bullion are no exception. The value of a bullion coin (e.g., Maple Leaf, Krugerrand, American Eagle etc) is affected by many economic factors, including the current market price of bullion, the perceived scarcity of the coins and other factors. Some of these factors include the quality and current demand and general market sentiment.
Therefore, because both bullion and coins can go down as well as up in value, investing in them may not be suitable for everyone. Since all investments, including bullion and coins, can decline in value, you should understand them well, and have adequate cash reserves and disposable income before considering a bullion or coin investment.
How much should I invest into precious metals?
Most investment professionals recommend 10-20 percent of your assets be in precious metals. Now more than ever it is important to be diversified in precious metals. Some believe now is the time to be heavier into gold & silver. That decision is up to you.
